Becci was introduced to Lemba by Dr. Jane Goodall at her Tchimpounga Rehabilitation Center in the Republic of Congo. Chimpanzees share over 98% of our DNA and Lemba contracted polio which paralyzed her legs. She will be cared for there for the rest of her life. 100% of sales of this print are donated to the work of The Jane Goodall Institute.
